1. About NATA

This website is operated by Smeek Holdings, trading as NATA (“NATA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

NATA sells DIY food products and related accessories, including NATA DIY kits, premix products, moulds and refills.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, quantities and other information on our website are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs.

Products are subject to availability.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and we have confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made through the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside NATA's direct control. We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Food Products and Product Safety

NATA products intended for food preparation must be used in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.

Customers are responsible for following preparation, cooking, storage and handling instructions.

Ingredient and allergen information provided on the product packaging and website should be reviewed before use.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary concern, please check the applicable ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or using a product.

7. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Orders

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened food products, opened premix pouches and products that have been used cannot generally be returned.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection law.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, or knowingly introduce malicious or harmful software.
